Eastern Landlords Association Conference

The Annual Eastern Landlords Association Conference is a great opportunity for landlords across Norfolk to get together and hear from industry professionals. Taking place on Friday 5th May at Wensum Valley Hotel, Diamond Services is delighted to confirm that it will be exhibiting at the event, showcasing its full range of electrical contracting services. 

Diamond Services has a long history of working with landlords and property managers, providing a wide range of electrical services such as EICR reports, renovations, fault finding and remedial work. 

It is a legal requirement for all privately rented properties to have an EICR undertaken at least every five years and highly recommended at the end of each tenancy to ensure the electrical system remains safe for tenants.  As a supporter of the Association, Diamond Services offers special rates to all ELA members. 

Working with both domestic and commercial landlords, we’ll also be talking to attendees about our EV charger installation service. As an OZEV approved supplier of EV chargepoints, landlords could qualify for a grant of up to £350 per chargepoint installed.  

The conference includes an AGM and is available to both members and non members, with seminars including property legislation updates, landlord compliance and topical tax issues also taking place during the day-long event.
