Landlord Electrical Services
From 1st June 2020 it is now a legal requirement for all privately rented properties to have an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least every five years. This periodic testing needs to be undertaken for new tenants after 1st July and for existing tenants by 1st April 2021.
With costs as little as £100+VAT, our experienced electrical engineers are on hand to ensure you remain compliant. Our reports are sent to you digitally and usually in less than 24 hours after our visit so you can be assured of a quick turnaround from our electricians.

Your legal responsibilities
After your testing and report have been completed, any urgent rectification work needs to be completed within 30 days and you must make available copies of the inspection report to your tenants and the local authority on request.

Landlord Safety Inspections
It is a legal requirement to perform EICR testing every five years on privately rented residential properties. As part of our service we can also complete any recommended remedial works, undertake PAT testing requirements for furnished properties and monitor any early warning signs within the system.
