Undetected liquids leaks from water, chemicals, oil or refrigerants can cause costly damage, inconvenience and sometimes injury. As part of the Diamond Controls Group, at Diamond Services we offer Leak Detection Systems which identify even the smallest of leaks enabling you to determine the location, isolate the cause and rectify the leak before any damage occurs. We also supply, service and advise on gas detection systems, ideal for monitoring refrigerant gas leaks in air conditioning or other common gases. Find out more about our Gas Detection Services.

CIREG Water Leak Detection Systems

Manage escape of water risks on construction sites with water leak detection and prevention.

As an authorised installer for Waterguard, we offer Siteguard for automatic shut off of water supplies via a timed water supply management device. We can also provide BREEAM compliant major leak detection systems via the Waterguard Series 7 range.

Prevent out of hours water damage using water isolation, monitor flow rates with automatic shut off for suspected leaks and install BREEAM equipment for Wat 03 and Wat 02 credits.

Waterguard Series 7

Designed specifically to fully comply with BREEAM WAT02 and WAT03 assessment criteria for water monitoring and leak detection, the Series 7 system will detect any minor and major water leak from both the site boundary and internally within the building. This system will identify different flow levels using a pulse sensor sent to the control panel over set time periods with a self-learning audit function which monitors normal consumption.

Waterguard Siteguard+

A CIREG compliant water monitoring and leak prevention system for the mains water supply on construction sites. Including automatic out of hours water isolation and specific settings and features to eliminate down town due to false alarms. When installed with automatic shut off valves this system fulfils the objectives of the CIREG guidance for permanent works water systems.

TraceTek TTDM-128 Master Alarm Panel System

A comprehensive leak detection system monitoring for water, fuel oil, chemical and refrigerant gas leaks in several different rooms and floors at any one time. Can monitor up to 128 controllers and digitally locates leaks within 1 metre, identifying multiple or spreading leaks. Use with sensing cables or probes.

Aquilar AquiTron EcoLeak ECO-1 Single Zone Alarm Panel System

A compact design for leak monitoring of water, fuel, oil, and chemicals using sensing cables or probes. Ideal for residential and commercial applications.

Aquilar EcoLeak ECO-6 Multizone Alarm Panel System

Detect leaks across 6 zones with individual LED display for each zone. A compact design ideal for small areas in both residential and commercial properties. Remote connection to a BMS, auto dialler or home automation system. Built in 24hr battery back-up. Use with sensing cables or probes to detect leaks of water, hydrocarbon fuels and chemicals.

Aquilar AquiTron AT-MZA Multizone Alarm Panel System

Monitor up to 8 individual sensing zones, ideal for monitoring multiple areas and floors. For use with TraceTek sensing cables and AquiTron sensor probes. Alarm relays control individual air conditioning units, pumps and valves for leak monitoring and detection of water, gas and refrigerants.

Aquilar AquiTron AT-Probe water leak detection probe

Suitable for multiple applications and can be floor or wall mounted. Used with TraceTek and AquiTron alarm panels. Ideal for plant rooms, bunds, drip trays, gullies, and gutters.

TraceTek TT1000 Water Sensing Cable

Extremely resistant to corrosion and abrasion water sensing cabling. Used with TraceTek and AquiTron zonal panels. Installed at floor level.

AquiTron AT-350 Immersion Probe

Capable of detecting all conductive liquids for use with TraceTek and AquiTron leak monitoring alarm systems.

DC-SD2 Speech Dialler

For use with leak detection alarm systems to provide an automatic voice or text message to alarm notifications.

Aquilar AquiTron AT-RAP Remote Alarm Panel

Providing an audible and visual remote alarm in a compact design which fits within a single gang socket box up to 500m from the alarm system. Compatible with AquiTron and TraceTek alarm panels.

DC Solenoid Valve Relay Interface Control

For use with leak detection systems as a maintenance support for solenoid valve operation.

Our team is fully trained and experienced in BIM Level 2 standards and as part of our service we will ensure you are provided with all the BIM components needed to deliver your project. We work directly with mechanical contractors, where the Leak Detection System element of a project is incorporated, to assist with all requirements.
